Welcome, to our Church! Please read on what our pastor has to say! Read news about our community, see how our youth are led through life!
World Love Ministries was officially formed as a congregation on September 24, 2006 under the leadership of Pastors Gary and Evelyn Levine. We are a ministry of compassion with an evangelistic perspective. Our vision is to spread the Gospel throughout the world through the demonstration of God’s love and by teaching and preaching the word of God.
It is our vision to grow into a holistic ministry; whereby we can meet the needs of people in our community. We have begun with us and then extended ourselves into our neighborhood, town, state and eventually the world. We believe according to Acts 1: 4-8 and Acts 2: 36-47 that a group of believers who take care of each other can then be a blessing to those who are still in the world. This effort can be seen in the following two phases:
Phase I
A. To serve the Lord with all our heartsB. To train individuals in the area of their ministry and help others become the person God created them to be
C. To train individuals in the area of discipleship, helping them become a disciple of Christ. D. To serve our community in love E. To reach the world with the love of God through preaching, teaching and serving with the demonstration of God's love for the world.
Phase II
A. To obtain property for transitional housing for persons coming out of prisonB. To provide a recovery program for individuals with addictions to drugs and alcohol
C. To provide a community housing complex for elderly individuals who are alone and need a safe and comfortable environment D. To provide support and means for children who are victims of parental drug and alcohol abuse and are unable to care for themselves E. To provide a positive environment and avenue for change to the children of incarcerated parents with the demonstration of God’s love for the world. F. To provide a counseling and support base for parents who are seeking spiritual, physical and emotional renewal . G. To provide shelter for the homeless. We desire to continue to canvas the community periodically introducing ourselves to individuals, schools and businesses, extending invitations, asking questions and meeting needs whenever possible. Whether the need is a kind smile, a word of prayer or a ray of hope – we are here! .
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: .
